Our Promise
All work carried out by Alwoods Landscaping Ltd is completed with care, professionalism, and attention to long-term performance. If any issues arise that relate to our workmanship, we will respond promptly and deal with them fairly.
What’s Covered
All workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from completion
This includes issues such as loose paving, settlement, minor movement, or drainage concerns related to the installation
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to supplied materials where relevant

Aftercare FAQ
Why is the workmanship guarantee 2 years?
Most workmanship-related issues, such as settlement, minor movement, or drainage adjustments, will show themselves within the first 12–24 months as the ground goes through seasonal changes. A 2-year guarantee allows enough time for this natural bedding-in period to occur and for any genuine workmanship issues to be identified and resolved fairly.
Does this replace my legal rights?
No. This workmanship guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
What isnt covered?
Normal wear and tear, extreme weather events, ground movement outside of our control, changes made by others, or issues caused by poor maintenance are not covered. Where movement is normal or expected, this is explained clearly at handover.
What if something needs attention after the guarantee period?
If an issue arises outside the guarantee period, we’re still happy to advise and, where appropriate, offer practical solutions or repairs at a fair cost.
